Built for AV techs, event crews, and trade users who keep running out of outlets, this 10A piggy back extension lead lets you power two devices from a single Australian wall socket. A lamp and a mixer, a workstation and a desk light, or rack gear and a powered monitor: one lead, two outlets, no double adaptors and no extra power boards cluttering the floor.
Every lead is SAA approved, RCM marked, and overload-tested at its 10A rating before it ships. The 1.5mm² 3-core, 99.99% pure copper conductor handles a full 10A load without heat build-up, and the thick 8mm PVC jacket resists scuffs from case edges, foot traffic, and cable carts.
Choose the Right Piggy Back Extension Lead Length
Pick a length based on the distance between your gear and the nearest power point:
- 1.5m–2m, rack-side runs, short desk setups, patching into a nearby outlet
- 3m, standard FOH and stage gear, lamps, mixers, and powered monitors
- 5m–7m, longer stage-to-wall runs, lighting positions, and in-rack gear
- 10m–15m, large stages, distributed AV setups, and install work where the outlet sits across the room

For large or heavy items when unloading equipment isn’t available.
The truck uses a built-in lift to safely unload your order.
