Any Australian government department, government-owned entity, local council, or government school (including TAFEs and state-funded education institutions). If you're unsure, feel free to contact us and we’ll confirm your eligibility.

Simply complete the Government Account Application Form with your organisation details and purchase order requirement. Then return it to sales@titanav.co. Most accounts are approved within 2 business days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your account is live. From there, all eligible orders will automatically include your benefits.

Yes — orders must total $500 or more (ex GST & freight) to qualify for the 15% discount off RRP and 30-day terms.

Yes. A valid Purchase Order is required for all Government Account orders. Orders without a PO may be delayed or declined.

Once your account is approved, we activate 30-day terms on your profile. Invoices are dated when we process the order (not when quoted), and payment is due 30 calendar days from that date.

No — our payment terms are fixed at 30 days from invoice, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions. We recommend aligning orders with your billing cycle.

No — government accounts are not eligible for sale pricing, loyalty tiers, promotional codes, or gift cards. The 15% discount off RRP and credit terms are fixed.
