Titan AV $1K Backstage Blowout Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Eckert Electronics Pty Ltd trading as Titan AV (ABN 81 097 847 848) of 244 Earnshaw Road, Northgate QLD 4013, Australia (“Titan AV”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Eligibility
- Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
- Entrants must provide a valid email address and mobile number to enter.
- Employees of Titan AV, their immediate families, and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Period
- The promotion opens at 12:00 AM AEST on 3 November 2025.
- The promotion closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 2 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
- Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Titan AV $1K Backstage Blowout Giveaway, participants must:
- Submit their email address and mobile number via the official Titan AV entry form during the Promotion Period.
- Agree to receive Titan AV marketing communications via email and SMS (you can unsubscribe anytime).
Limit of one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be void.
5. Prize
- One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 Titan AV Store Voucher, redeemable at www.titanav.com.au.
- The voucher is valid for 6 months from the issue date and can be used on any in-stock product.
- The prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
- The winner will be randomly drawn at Titan AV HQ, 244 Earnshaw Road, Northgate QLD 4013, on 3 December 2025.
- The winner will be notified by email and SMS within 48 hours of the draw.
- If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Titan AV may select a new winner at its discretion.
7. Prize Delivery
- The $1,000 store voucher will be issued electronically to the winner’s nominated email address.
- Titan AV is not responsible for incorrect contact details or delivery issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the entrant.
8. Marketing Consent
By entering, participants agree to receive Titan AV marketing communications via email and SMS, including product updates, exclusive offers, and future giveaways. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time without affecting their eligibility for the draw.
9. Privacy
Titan AV respects your privacy. Personal information collected during this promotion will be used in accordance with the Titan AV Privacy Policy.
10. General Conditions
- Titan AV reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts fraudulently or disruptively.
- Titan AV’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- If the promotion cannot proceed as planned (including due to fraud, interference, or technical issues), Titan AV reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition.
- Titan AV is not liable for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from participation, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
11. Permit
No permit is required under Australian law as this is a game of chance with no entry fee.
