EOFY 2026 Sale Terms & Conditions
General sale terms
• The Titan AV EOFY Sale starts at 9:00 AM AEST on Thursday 18 June 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on Friday 26 June 2026.
• Trade access starts at 9:00 AM AEST on Wednesday 17 June 2026, a full 24 hours early.
• Discounts of 15 to 40% off RRP apply to select items as marked. A minimum discount of 15% off Titan AV products is guaranteed storewide.
• Trade members are entitled to 25 to 40% off RRP. Verification of Trade membership is required prior to purchase, and trade pricing is shown on login.
• Discounts do not apply to prior quotes or purchases. Discounts apply to online and in-store purchases only. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Sale duration
• Public access (AU & NZ): 18 June 2026, 9:00 AM to 26 June 2026, 11:59 PM AEST.
• Trade access: opens early on 17 June 2026 at 9:00 AM AEST.
• There is no sale extension. The sale ends at 11:59 PM AEST on Friday 26 June 2026 for all customers.
Discounts
• General public: 15 to 40% off RRP on select Titan AV products, minimum 15% off storewide on Titan AV products.
• Trade members: 25 to 40% off RRP on select Titan AV products, must be pre-verified, shown on login.
• New Zealand: 15 to 40% off sitewide at titanav.co.nz, on the same terms.
Important conditions
• Discounts apply only to online and in-store purchases.
• No discount codes needed. Pricing is applied automatically, all as marked.
• Cannot be combined with other offers, quotes, or past purchases.
• Limited stock. No rainchecks or retrospective discounts.
• Does not apply to custom orders.
• Valid for customers in Australia and New Zealand only.
• No mid-sale promotions, daily deals, or sale extension apply to this EOFY sale.
• Promotional competitions (if any) are not open to Titan AV staff or their immediate families.
Trade early access
• Titan AV Trade Members receive exclusive early access from Wednesday 17 June 2026 at 9:00 AM AEST, 24 hours before the public, with 25 to 40% off eligible Titan AV products.
• Early access is available to verified Trade Members only. Trade pricing is shown on login.
• Trade pricing and eligibility may differ from general sale pricing.
Free parcel freight (retail)
• Free Parcel Post shipping on retail orders over A$399.
• Australian domestic orders only. Parcel Post only. Excludes Express, bulky and oversized freight.
• Not available on Trade orders.
• Automatically applied at checkout. Excludes regional and remote surcharges. Not valid retrospectively.
• The free parcel freight offer does not apply to New Zealand orders.
• Titan AV may amend or end the offer at its discretion.
Returns, refunds & exchanges
All sale items follow Titan AV's standard Returns Policy with the following clarifications:
• Refunds are processed at the discounted sale price only. A restocking fee may apply.
• Exchanges are honoured where stock is available, otherwise store credit applies.
• Bundle bonuses or discounted second items must be returned with qualifying items.
General terms
• Titan AV reserves the right to amend or cancel any promotion at any time without notice.
• In any dispute, Titan AV's decision shall be final.
• Promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
• Participation in any promotion implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• Titan AV is not responsible for technical issues affecting participation.
