Setup takes 10–15 minutes and requires a Phillips head screwdriver.

Here's the process: Place the short spigot (a 20cm tube) on top of your base plate. From underneath, insert the included screw through the base plate, lined up with the spigot above, then tighten it with a Phillips screwdriver – this secures the spigot firmly in place. Lay the base plate flat, then slot your aluminium upright poles over the spigot. Extend the poles to your desired height, insert the crossbar, then attach the drape using the included clips. Keep a screwdriver on-site – it's handy for any mid-event adjustments or breakdowns.

Yes. The telescopic uprights adjust from 2.13m to 3.6m and can be modified mid-event without removing the drape. Just loosen the lock collars, extend or compress the poles to your desired height, and retighten. Most adjustments take under 2 minutes.

The base plates are 600mm × 600mm each, positioned roughly 1.9m to 3m apart (depending on your crossbar width). You'll need a minimum 5m × 2.5m clear floor space to set up comfortably. If your venue is tighter, we can help you scale down – contact our team for custom configurations.

Yes. This is a modular system. You can purchase additional uprights, crossbars, and drapes to extend the width or create multiple sections. Many event companies use 2–3 units side-by-side for larger ceremonies or photo areas.

The white velvet drape is machine-washable on a gentle cycle (cold water, mild detergent). Hang to dry. For storage, roll loosely (don't fold tightly) to avoid permanent creases. Store in a cool, dry place. A storage bag is not included but we recommend getting one – ask about our optional drape bag at checkout.

The 12.4kg steel base provides solid stability in light winds. For outdoor use in moderate wind (15–25km/h), we recommend adding guy lines or sandbags to the base plates for extra security. For strong wind events, outdoor use isn't recommended – this system is designed for indoor/sheltered venues.
